Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At EchovowQuiz, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our students. However, due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to examination materials, all sales are final.

2. No Refund Policy

Once the exam fee is paid and the account is activated, no refunds will be provided. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation of Registration

Users can choose to stop using the platform at any time. However, cancellation of registration does not entitle the user to a refund of the fees already paid.

4. Technical Issues

In the rare event that a technical issue prevents you from attempting an exam despite a successful payment, please contact our support team. We will investigate and, if verified, provide a replacement test attempt. No monetary refund will be issued.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged twice for the same transaction due to a gateway error, please reach out with proof of both transactions. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
